Refund Policy
1. Digital Products Policy
IndiQuant sells digital software products, source code and educational content. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of these products, all sales are final by default once download access has been granted or the license key has been delivered.
This policy exists because digital products, unlike physical goods, cannot be "returned" — once you have received and can access the software or source code, the value has been delivered to you in full.

2. Technical Issues — When We Help
While we maintain a no-refund policy for delivered digital products, we are committed to ensuring every customer can successfully use what they purchased. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The software does not function at all as described, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- You received a corrupted or incomplete download that cannot be fixed.
- A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge or double payment for the same product.
- You contact us within 7 days of purchase with a detailed description of the technical problem.
⚠️ Not eligible for refund: Dissatisfaction with trading results or profits is explicitly not covered. Our software is a tool — trading outcomes depend on market conditions, your strategy configuration, broker execution and many other factors outside our control.
3. Refund Request Process
- Email contact@indiquant.online within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Include your Order ID (found in your confirmation email), the product name and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach any relevant screenshots or error messages that demonstrate the technical problem.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with next steps.
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Razorpay.
4. Alternative Resolutions
We evaluate all requests individually with a customer-first mindset. This may include extended technical support at no extra cost, a replacement product of equal value, or store credit for a future purchase.
